Delivery Cost

R99 courier delivery to any street address in South Africa.*

If you need delivery to a farm, plot, mine, or game reserve, you can contact us to request a special delivery.

We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

 

Items with Shipping Restrictions need to be quoted for delivery

Some products that are heavy, bulky, extra long, or abnormal in some way may have shipping restrictions. These products don't fall within the normal courier company rates and unfortunately we have to quote on the delivery of these products.

If a product has a shipping restriction, it will be indicated on the product page or during checkout.

We reserve the right to re-quote on deliveries if the items ordered are coming from multiple suppliers, the items are large or bulky, or need to be delivered to areas not serviced by courier companies.

 

Delivery Time

2-5 Working days delivery for orders under 2 kg to Main Centres*
3-7 Working days on all other orders*

* We rely on courier companies to deliver your orders, and unfortunately we do not have control over their routes and schedules. Some areas that are outlying may take longer to deliver than the indicated time. 

* Courier companies do not delivery on Weekends and Public Holidays. If you need delivery on a Weekend or Public Holiday, you can contact us for a special delivery.

Some products may have extended lead times due to sourcing from suppliers.

Orders will be dispatched once funds reflect in our account.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped we will provide you with a tracking number and the contact details of the courier company that will be delivering your package. You can track your package on the courier company's website using your tracking number.
If you have not received a tracking number after a day or two please contact us.
