Payment Methods

Credit or Debit Card

Safe and Secure payment using any 3D Secure VISA or MASTERCARD card.

We use a 100% secure and safe third-party payment processor (PayFast) for all our credit and debit card payments. We don't have access to or store your credit card details.

 

Bank Transfer (EFT)

We accept Bank Transfer / Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) from your bank to ours.

Select Bank Transfer / Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as your payment method during checkout, and complete your order. 

Make the EFT payment to our ABSA bank account using your order number as the reference (e.g. #12345 or Order 12345)

Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email with an order number (e.g. Order Number 12345) and our banking details. Our banking details are also available at the bottom of this page for your convenience.

Send the (POP) proof of payment to hello@gigamall.co.za, with your order number in the subject line. When you make the payment with your bank, it will give you the option to enter in a proof of payment email address. Sending the proof of payment directly from the bank is the fastest way for us to confirm your payment.

Please note: If you choose to pay via Bank Transfer / EFT, we can only process your order once payment reflects in our account.
Sending the proof of payment notifies us that you made the payment and allows us to start prepping your order for dispatch.
If you bank with ABSA, then the payment usually clears within 30 min during bank business hours.
If you bank with another bank, you can also do an immediate "Pay and Clear" payment from your bank, but your bank will usually charge extra for this. Otherwise, your payment will reflect in our account the following business day if made before your bank's cut-off time.
