Stock Availability

Gigamall operates using a hybrid stock holding model. We keep our most in demand products in stock with us, and all other products are sourced directly from local suppliers. This allows us to offer a much wider variety of products.

If a product says In Stock or In Stock with Supplier, then it is in stock with us or we know that it is in stock at the local supplier. You can proceed with placing your order.

If a product says Confirm Availability, then you need to contact us to confirm stock availability. You can email us at hello@gigamall.co.za or call 087 802 5683 for immediate assistance. 

We endeavor to maintain accurate stock availability information, but sometimes the information that we receive from the suppliers might be inaccurate or another company buys the last stock of an item. This could result in us confirming stock availability, but when we process the order the supplier ends up not having stock. 

In the event that this happens, Gigamall will not be held liable. We will offer you an alternative product that meets your needs or an immediate refund. 

Gigamall reserves the right to cancel any order in the event that the product ordered is not in stock by us or our suppliers.
If you have already paid and the product is out of stock, we will give you a full refund or a store credit.
